Mod-To-Spec Full Service is Southside Strategic's white glove modification program — a fully managed, one-of-a-kind firearm modification experience that takes your concept from idea to completion. We handle everything: design consultation, part sourcing, and professional installation. You fund it on your terms. We execute it to yours.
This isn't an off-the-shelf upgrade. Every Mod-To-Spec Full Service project is a unique collaboration between you and Southside Strategic — designed around your platform, your use case, and your aesthetic.
Pricing
- Deposit: $520 card / $500 cash or check (due at project kickoff, applied toward parts sourcing; card price reflects payment processing fee)
- Service Fee: 15% of total modification budget (minimum $150, due at pickup upon project completion)
- Additional funding: customer-directed, on your schedule
Example: $2,000 total modification budget = $500 deposit + contributions over the project period + $300 service fee at pickup.
How It Works
- Place Your Deposit — $500 gets your project on the books and your slot secured. Funds go immediately toward initial parts sourcing.
- Design Session — We schedule a one-on-one consultation to map out your full modification path — platform, components, aesthetics, lead times, and total budget.
- Parts Sourcing Begins — Southside Strategic sources your initial lot of components using your deposit. We work our supply chain network to find the right parts at the right price.
- Fund On Your Schedule — Add funds in any amount, at any interval that works for you. Each contribution goes directly toward sourcing the next components on your bill of materials.
- Modification Complete — Once the full bill of materials is acquired, your modification is completed and inspected.
- Pickup & Final Fee — Come in, see your finished firearm, pay the 15% service fee, and take it home.
Project Terms
- 100% of the agreed total modification budget must be contributed within 4 months of project kickoff
- The 15% service fee (minimum $150) is calculated on the total modification budget and is due in full at pickup
- Southside Strategic will provide progress updates throughout the sourcing and modification process
- Parts are sourced based on availability — lead times on specific components may affect overall timeline
