Firearms and NFA Legal Compliance

Southside Strategic, LLC is a federally licensed firearms dealer (Type 01 FFL) and Special Occupational Taxpayer (SOT). All firearm and NFA/Title II item sales are conducted in compliance with the Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), the National Firearms Act (NFA), and all applicable ATF regulations.

By purchasing any firearm or NFA item through this Site, you acknowledge the following:

• All firearm transfers must be completed through a licensed FFL dealer in the buyer's state of residence. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to identify and coordinate with a receiving FFL dealer.
• All firearm purchases require a completed ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check prior to transfer. No firearm will be released to a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g).
• NFA/Title II items (suppressors, short-barreled rifles, short-barreled shotguns, machine guns, any other weapons, and destructive devices) require ATF Form 4 approval prior to transfer. ATF processing times are outside our control.
• By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are not a prohibited person under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) and that all products purchased are legal to own, possess, and transfer in your jurisdiction.
• Straw purchases are a federal crime. You may not purchase any firearm or NFA item on behalf of a person who could not legally purchase it themselves.
• Providing false information on ATF Form 4473 is a federal felony.

Southside Strategic reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline to complete any order that cannot be legally completed under applicable federal or state law.

ATF Processing Times and Wait Times

ATF Form 4 processing times for NFA/Title II items are determined solely by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Southside Strategic has no control over, and makes no representations or guarantees regarding, ATF processing times or approval timelines.

NFA item orders may not be cancelled solely due to ATF processing delays. Any wait time estimates provided on this Site or by our staff are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee.

Southside Strategic shall not be liable for any damages, costs, losses, or inconveniences resulting from ATF processing delays or denials, including but not limited to third-party FFL transfer fees, shipping costs, or consequential damages.

State and Jurisdictional Restrictions

Certain products sold on this Site are prohibited or restricted in specific states, localities, or jurisdictions. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to research and verify the legality of any product in their state and locality before purchasing. Southside Strategic will not issue refunds for orders cancelled due to legal ineligibility in the buyer's jurisdiction.

• Suppressors are prohibited for civilian ownership in California, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and certain other jurisdictions.

Manufacturer Warranty

Southside Strategic, LLC is a federally licensed dealer, not a manufacturer. We do not manufacture any of the products sold through this Site and therefore do not offer manufacturer warranties on any products.

All warranty claims for defective products must be submitted directly to the manufacturer under the applicable manufacturer's warranty program. Southside Strategic will assist customers in identifying the appropriate manufacturer contact for warranty claims where possible, but is not responsible for and cannot guarantee the outcome of any manufacturer warranty claim.

Please inspect all products carefully upon delivery and prior to any firearm transfer. Firearms that have been transferred via ATF Form 4473 are not eligible for return and must be directed to the manufacturer for warranty service.
