ATF eForm 1 — Concierge Service
Want to legally manufacture your own NFA item — converting a pistol to an SBR, registering a suppressor build, or configuring a short-barreled shotgun? The ATF eForm 1 is the path, and Southside Strategic is in your corner every step of the way. Our eForm 1 Concierge service provides hands-on guidance and support through the entire submission process — from determining the right registration method to ensuring your application is complete, accurate, and ready to submit.
With the $200 NFA tax stamp now eliminated for suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs, there has never been a better time to register your own NFA item. The process is free — but it has to be done right.

- We determine the correct registration method (individual or trust) and walk through your specific item and configuration
- We review your complete eForm 1 application together before submission
- You submit through the ATF eForms system with our guidance
- We confirm everything looks correct and walk you through your estimated processing window
Current ATF eForm 1 Processing Times (approximate, subject to change)
- eForm 1: 30 – 90 days
Important Notes
- The item must be legal to manufacture in Texas and compliant with all applicable federal and state law — we will confirm this during consultation
- You may not manufacture or modify the item to NFA configuration until your eForm 1 is approved and your tax stamp is in hand — no exceptions
- The applicant remains responsible for the accuracy of all information provided on the application
- Trust applicants must provide a current, complete copy of their NFA gun trust prior to submission
- eForm 1 approval authorizes manufacture only — it does not transfer ownership of an existing registered NFA item; see our Third-Party NFA Transfer service for that
