Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please note shipping charges are not refundable. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email our returns department at returns@southsidestrategic.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label that we can provide with your RMA number. If you use the prepaid shipping label, shipping cost will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges. That dollar amount will be disclosed to you prior to us sending you a pre-paid label.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
RESTOCKING FEES
● A 10% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
EXCEPTIONS
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

● Used Items
● Clearance/Final Sale Items
● Custom Orders
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS
For defective products, please contact us via email at customerservice@rooftoptactics.com to arrange a refund or exchange at our cost. We will provide a return shipping label to send the defective product back to us at no cost to you. Once the defective item is received and inspected we will ship out a replacement product to you (if it is in stock) or refund you the original purchase price + shipping costs.
For damaged products, please contact us via email at customerservice@rooftoptactics.com to arrange a refund or exchange at our cost. We will provide a return shipping label to send the damaged product back to us at no cost to you. Once the damaged item is received and inspected we will ship out a replacement product to you (if it is in stock) or refund you the original purchase price + shipping costs. If a package is damaged by a carrier we need your assistance during the claims process.
